Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a Production Manager to lead daily plant production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. The role supervises 50+ production, maintenance, and support employees; coordinates workflows and staffing; monitors productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and operational performance; coaches and evaluates employees; and drives continuous improvement. The position requires at least two years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, industrial laundry, or related environment, along with strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is strongly preferred, and the role offers medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
