Description
The Production Manager will direct and supervise industrial production, coordinate teams and shifts, plan and monitor production, track OEE, productivity, scrap, efficiency, and downtime, implement continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance and quality, and oversee safety and risk-prevention procedures. The role requires a relevant engineering or industrial organization degree, at least five years of industrial production responsibility, team-management and production-planning experience, and knowledge of industrial indicators and continuous improvement; plastic-processing and extrusion experience is highly valued. The position offers a permanent contract, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and a gross annual salary of €40,000–€45,000 plus variable compensation.
