Description
The role is responsible for timely and quality-compliant order processing, leading and motivating employees, managing labor and materials, overseeing cost-center budgets, and ensuring occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance. It requires production-master or technician qualification, preferably in chemistry, with defense-related production experience and SAP and MS Office knowledge preferred or advantageous. The position is based at the Silberhütte site and includes pension, health, development, and employee-share benefits.
