RMS Inc. is hiring a full-time Production Manager to oversee safe, efficient, and profitable CNC machining operations across three shifts at its Chicopee, Massachusetts facility. The role leads shift Tech Leads, manages production schedules and staffing, monitors delivery, quality, cost, safety, and machine-utilization metrics, coordinates with quality, maintenance, materials, and purchasing, and drives continuous improvement. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in CNC machining, three years managing multi-shift production, and a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
