Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Production Manager to lead and supervise up to 20 production technicians in its Electron rocket production environment. The role oversees quality, delivery, costs, health and safety, workflow, training, corrective actions, flight-component releases, team metrics, and performance development, while also supporting R&D and pre-production manufacturing. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of relevant industry experience, three years of aviation or aerospace quality assurance inspection experience, and demonstrated production-management and leadership capabilities. The position follows an evening shift from Monday through Thursday, 15:00 to 01:30, and is available for U.S. or New Zealand offices.
