Description
INERGY is seeking a Production Manager for its Manesar, Gurgaon plant. The role manages production activities to ensure quality products are delivered on time, enforces health, safety, and environmental standards, leads production-team hiring and development, and oversees IPS, 5S, and production-related TPM activities. The position requires a B.E. or M.E., 5–10 years of experience including at least 3 years in a management role, and strong people-management, leadership, problem-solving, technical, emergency-response, and pressure-management capabilities.
