Savers/Value Village is hiring a Production Manager in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role manages the store production process and production team across the production room and sales floor, ensuring merchandise is accurately priced, available, seasonal inventory is managed, workflows are efficient, and quality, safety, customer service, and financial targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising and developing staff, planning staffing and training, managing production and stock-on-hand, overseeing quality control and recycling, supporting loss prevention and workplace safety, and acting as store manager when assigned. A high school diploma is required, post-secondary education is preferred, and retail store or industrial management experience is required.
