The Production Manager will oversee the production process and leadership of the production team and supervisors in a retail thrift store, managing merchandise put-out, pricing, sales-floor readiness, inventory accuracy, quality control, staffing, customer and donor service, loss prevention, safety, and store performance. The role requires retail or industrial management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The new-store opening is in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with training at a Savers store in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
