Description
SCHOTT is hiring a Production Manager for its glass-melting operation to manage and optimize changeover processes, production sequences, resources, budgets, intralogistics, SAP processes, Lean methods, and EHS standards. The role also leads and develops a team of 10 to 15 employees in a production environment. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production engineering or a comparable qualification, manufacturing or production-logistics experience, Lean and SAP experience, and strong German and English skills.
