Description
The Onsite Production Manager plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing activities for SSW Advanced Technologies, LLC, overseeing production equipment, repairs, testing, Lean Manufacturing processes, employee development, EHS compliance, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of manufacturing management experience, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong leadership and mentoring abilities. The position is based in an office and manufacturing plant environment and may involve physical work, fumes, and loud noises.
