The Production Team Leader leads and coaches line supervisors and production employees, organizes daily activities according to the production plan, allocates tasks, operates production machines and lines, and monitors quality, hygiene, order, safety, and technical deviations. The role also manages shift handovers, reports to the department Team Leader, and requires a two-shift schedule.
