The role manages production operations, quality, costs, personnel, orders, resources, disruptions, capacity planning, and continuous improvement while coordinating with production planning, quality assurance, maintenance, logistics, and management. Candidates need plastics and rubber process technician training or comparable experience, several years of production and people-management experience, and strong technical, organizational, and communication skills; Yaskawa robot programming and MES knowledge are desirable.
