Description
The Production Manager leads manufacturing execution and site maintenance, translating production plans into daily staffing, equipment, material, and maintenance priorities. The role supervises four Manufacturing Team Leads, a Production Coordinator, two RC Maintenance personnel, and an Automation & Controls Process Engineer, while managing safety, quality, delivery, yield, equipment reliability, staffing, budgets, and operational improvements. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing experience, three years of leadership experience, and familiarity with MRP or ERP systems such as SAP.
