Description
Zotefoams plc is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing functional areas and establish a vision for operational excellence. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role oversees staffing, material efficiency, facilities, process improvement, performance reporting, ISO compliance, training, and a 24/7 manufacturing operation, while supporting at least four shift supervisors and approximately 45 indirect reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, production or manufacturing management experience, inventory and operations platform experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to traverse the manufacturing plant.
