Description
The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations at Tremco Construction Products Group’s Columbus, Georgia facility, leading production, supply chain, safety, quality, cost, budgeting, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role manages the manufacturing team, develops operational policies and metrics, resolves production constraints, and supports lean transformation and operational excellence. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a closely related discipline and at least seven years of supervisory experience in a 24/7 start-up chemical industrial environment are required; the position is on-site and pays $105,265 to $157,897 annually.
