Mountain Lakes Services is hiring a Production Manager in Mineville, New York to oversee the daily operations of Essex Industries, a manufacturing business. The role manages production workflows, inventory, quality, equipment, customer relationships, orders, and long-term customer relationships while creating meaningful work opportunities for people of varying abilities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior supervisory or leadership experience, and experience coordinating production or similar operational responsibilities; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility required and occasional travel to other areas.
