Trex is hiring a full-time Production Manager in Winchester, Virginia, to coordinate and oversee manufacturing employees in a 24/7 production environment. The role leads 2–4 salaried shift supervisors and 2–6 floor-level hourly leads, manages scheduling, timekeeping, employee relations, recruitment, training, safety, production performance, overtime, and crew transitions, and reports to the Operations Manager and Human Resources. Candidates need at least 6 years of manufacturing experience and 4 years in a supervisory role; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
