Teledyne Technologies is hiring a Production Manager to lead the day-to-day manufacturing operation at Teledyne Microwave UK. The role is responsible for safe, efficient, on-time delivery of high-performance RF and microwave products, including production planning, delivery execution, recovery from missed deliveries, operational performance, quality, safety, workforce development, and coordination with engineering, quality, supply chain, planning, projects, and facilities teams. The position requires prior production or manufacturing leadership experience, experience in electronics, aerospace, defence, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments, and strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
