Veritas Steel is hiring a Production Manager for its Palatka location to oversee multiple departments across shifts, manage work, labor, scheduling, safety, quality, cost, and continuous improvement, and supervise and develop area leads and employees. The role requires strong operational, leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with an associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred. The third shift runs Thursday through Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
