Description
The Production Manager will lead several production teams serving approximately 180 employees, providing professional and disciplinary leadership while overseeing occupational safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. The role manages staffing and resources, analyzes production metrics, improves processes through Lean Management and continuous improvement, supports MES and digitalization, and drives automation and new manufacturing technologies. It requires a technical or engineering degree or equivalent training, several years of industrial production leadership experience, knowledge of Lean and shopfloor management, and experience with production processes, ERP or MES systems, and change management.
