Bauerfeind AG is hiring a Production Manager to lead several production teams at its Zeulenroda location, overseeing approximately 180 employees. The role covers team leadership, occupational safety, quality, delivery, productivity, staffing, resource allocation, production metrics, Lean Management, continuous improvement, digitalization, automation, and change management, while coordinating with production planning, quality, logistics, maintenance, and other departments. Candidates should have technical or engineering education or equivalent training, several years of industrial production leadership experience, knowledge of Lean and shopfloor management, and experience with production processes, ERP or MES systems, and preferably digitalization or automation projects.
