SOMI Experts GmbH is seeking an experienced Production Manager / Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the operational management and development of manufacturing at an established medium-sized company producing electronic components in the Dorsten area. The role includes technical and disciplinary leadership of production teams, quality, productivity, and delivery performance, process optimization, KPI monitoring, workforce planning, occupational safety, and cross-departmental collaboration. Candidates should have vocational or further training in industrial foremanship, electronics, mechatronics, or an equivalent field, several years of manufacturing experience, production-team leadership experience, knowledge of production KPIs and control, and familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. The position offers permanent employment, a Monday-to-Friday 06:00–16:00 schedule with flexitime, a 40-hour workweek, parking, training, and additional benefits.
