Key responsibilities include gaining proficiency in farm departments like Breeding/Farrowing and Nursery/Finishing, implementing company systems such as pig production processes, and developing report-writing capabilities. The trainee will also ensure compliance with environmental laws, biosecurity, and animal welfare policies, reporting incidents promptly.
