RWS Global is hiring a full-time Production Manager, Merlin to manage day-to-day operations of live entertainment productions in theme parks across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy. The role oversees production planning, scheduling, budgets, vendors, crews, site logistics, technical systems, quality control, health and safety, risk management, and client relationships. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience and at least five years of production management experience in sports, entertainment, or live events, along with strong communication, organization, project-management, and live-entertainment skills. The position may require extended hours, weekends, holidays, and international travel.
