Description
Romonta is hiring a Production Manager to lead and develop approximately 25 skilled workers and oversee the entire production process from raw stainless-steel sheet through laser cutting, bending, machining, welding, and fully assembled machine production. The role focuses on production planning, capacity organization, Lean process optimization, and improving production organization, with opportunities to influence product development and collaborate with engineering, project management, and senior management. The position offers up to €6,500 gross based on 38 hours and an opportunity to progress to the management team.
