Jeremias Abgastechnik GmbH is hiring a Production Master / Department Head, Production to manage and monitor production orders, lead assigned employees, coordinate daily production processes, plan shifts and personnel deployment, develop staffing plans, optimize processes and risk assessments, and collaborate with order processing, engineering, logistics, and production. The role requires vocational training in a metal-related field, preferably a master or technician qualification, manufacturing experience, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with IT-supported production systems such as Business Central and Power BI. The position is based in Merkendorf, Middle Franconia, Bavaria.
