The Production Mechanic at ERNST Forming Technology is responsible for maintaining production quality and delivery, setting up production machines and release processes, performing independent maintenance, supporting the team leader, implementing Kaizen and TPM, and serving as a point of contact for team members. The role requires vocational training as a toolmaker or industrial mechanic, shift work, MS Office and ERP proficiency, and very good German.
