Description
The Operations Assistant supports production operations management for combustible molded parts by contributing to equipment and process commissioning, maintaining production regulations and work instructions, monitoring operator and management-of-change compliance, optimizing processes and KPI reporting, and delivering training. The role requires a degree in process engineering or a comparable technical discipline, several years of comparable professional experience, strong technical and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and work across departments.
