Lockheed Martin is hiring a Production Operations Project Manager to oversee the operational aspects of ongoing production projects supporting IRST Programs in the Sensors and Global Sustainment Line of Business. The role coordinates priorities, manages schedules and budgets, leads cross-functional teams, partners with program management and factory leadership, communicates with customers and internal stakeholders, and drives quality, cost, schedule, and business-growth objectives. The position requires experience in precision or highly-regulated production or manufacturing environments, technical background in engineering, project management, supply chain, or production planning and control, and strong communication and indirect leadership skills. Desired qualifications include project management training, aerospace and defense production experience, Lean Six Sigma certification, and familiarity with AS9100. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
