Amazon Leo is hiring a Production Operations Manager to lead operations in its full-rate satellite factory. The role owns the Value Stream’s KPI performance, manages supervisors, technicians, schedulers, and production coordinators, identifies production bottlenecks, drives Lean and data-analytics-based process improvements, and maintains safety and product quality. The position requires extensive aerospace production and operations experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, and experience leading other leaders. The role is based in Kirkland, Washington, with a base salary of $151,000 to $204,300 annually.
