Chromalloy is hiring a Production Operations Manager to oversee aircraft component repair and manufacturing operations. The role manages production metrics, work-in-process, inventory, equipment maintenance, quality and safety compliance, staffing, training, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires at least four years of experience or equivalent education and training, aircraft component or repair-station experience, relevant FAA repair qualifications, knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ERP systems. The position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work and is limited to U.S. persons.
