Description
The Production Operator performs pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging duties for oral solid-dose products, including batch record and logbook documentation, in-process quality checks, equipment cleaning, changeovers, and operation of machinery for dispensing, mixing, granulation, coating, encapsulation, milling, blending, compressing, printing, laser drilling, and inspection. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical and mathematical knowledge, computer and SAP proficiency, cGMP compliance, and the ability to work various shifts and weekends. It is an individual-contributor position with no responsibility for supervising others.
