Lockheed Martin is hiring a Production Operations Manager for the PAC-3 Adapted Capability Effector (PAC-3 ACE) program. The role leads the production operations team and strategy, drives cost, schedule, and quality performance for prototyping and development hardware, develops manufacturing and supply-chain capabilities, plans capital and capacity, and coordinates with cross-functional partners. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree, production operations leadership experience, communication and team-leadership skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The full-time salary range is $158,700 to $294,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
