Description
IRCA Group is hiring Production Operatives to support the efficient production, packing, and handling of semi-finished bakery, pastry, and gelato ingredients. The role involves operating production and packing equipment, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, following GMP and health and safety procedures, completing production records, supporting changeovers and cleaning, and contributing to production targets and continuous improvement. The position follows a three-shift rotation of 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00, and requires the ability to work safely in a team, basic numeracy and literacy, and the ability to follow instructions. Previous manufacturing or food-production experience is desirable but not essential, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
