Description
Kepak Foods Division is recruiting a Production Operative for its New World Foods site in York. The role involves operating production machinery, following procedures, monitoring performance, conducting quality inspections, maintaining product and hygiene standards, supporting line set-up, completing production checks, keeping accurate records, and escalating issues to the Team Leader. The position reports to the Production Manager and offers morning and afternoon rotating shifts, with requirements including food manufacturing, hygiene, or production experience, awareness of food safety and health and safety requirements, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
