Description
Seras is hiring a Production Operative for its Raw Materials team in Tilbury. The role supports inbound and outbound material processing, operates mobile and static plant equipment, inspects incoming wood loads, loads containers and vehicles, performs pre-start checks, assists with maintenance and housekeeping, records operational data, and follows health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures. The position works Monday to Friday for 48 hours per week and requires a commitment to safety and environmental standards, teamwork, communication, outdoor operational work, and experience operating mobile plant such as a loading shovel or telehandler.
