Working in shift teams under a shift manager, the operator runs a section of the production line, performs quality and safety checks, conducts scheduled walk-throughs, carries out autonomous maintenance, handles equipment during incidents, and contributes to production reporting. The role requires a Bac-level education focused on industry maintenance, production, or an equivalent field, along with safety awareness, procedural discipline, teamwork, and computer skills for production tracking.
