Description
The entry-level operator works under general supervision to produce flexible magnets and highly filled polymers through manufacturing, packaging, material handling, equipment setup, quality checks, documentation, and preventative maintenance. The role requires an HS Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a production environment with noise, dust, fumes, and uncontrolled temperatures. Two shifts are offered: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
