Description
Barnes Aerospace West Chester OEM division is seeking Production Operators to perform visual inspection of parts for nicks, burrs, and flaws, repair parts when possible, measure dimensions with jigs, fixtures, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, and operate deburring and hand-tool equipment for first-run and rework parts. The role requires at least one year of production or shop experience, advanced math ability, clear communication, the ability to follow complex instructions, and effective time organization.
