Description
The Manufacturing Operator works in an assigned manufacturing area to mix, melt, sinter, inspect, package, and ship master alloys, metal powders, sintered materials, induction-melted products, and similar materials. The role operates mix stations, thermite melt lines, electric furnaces, lift trucks, sizing equipment, wheelabrators, and other manufacturing equipment; maintains records, equipment, and work areas; follows safety and quality procedures; and may train and supervise less experienced employees. The schedule is Monday through Friday plus every other weekend, with overtime possible.
