Description
Land O’Lakes is hiring Production Operators and Palletizer Operators for a second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. The role involves setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment such as machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, and packaging equipment; moving, packing, and sorting materials; monitoring product quality; maintaining production records; and troubleshooting processing problems. The starting pay is $24.75 plus a shift differential, with $27.00 after probation. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have basic computer skills, and be able to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50 pounds and working in varied temperature and dust environments.
