Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for its Nutra Blend business to perform front-line manufacturing processes, including operating machinery and equipment, packaging final products, maintaining quality standards and work-area cleanliness, and following safety and standard operating procedures. The role is a second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed, and pays $21.75 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential when applicable. Candidates must be at least 18, have at least one year of work experience, and possess basic computer and math skills; manufacturing experience and machine or forklift experience are preferred.
