Description
The Production Operator – 2nd Shift will produce food ingredients under the direction of a Lead Manager, following GMPs and standardized formulas. Responsibilities include weighing, measuring, mixing, blending, filtration, packaging, equipment setup and calibration, quality-control sampling, documentation, troubleshooting process deviations, operating powered industrial vehicles, and performing minor maintenance. The role works Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in South Bend, Indiana, and requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, physical ability to lift up to 25 kg, basic computer skills, and English communication ability; production or food-service experience and forklift experience are preferred.
