Description
The Production Operator sets up and converts production machines, monitors and adjusts packaging processes, performs quality checks, resolves minor malfunctions, and maintains a clean and safe workplace. The role requires MBO-level technical thinking, at least two years of production operator experience, willingness to work a three-shift schedule, and accuracy and independent work; packaging or plastics experience is advantageous. It is a full-time temporary appointment intended to convert to a permanent contract, with a gross monthly salary of €3,000–€3,600.
