The role involves blending and machine operation on second and third shifts, with third-shift availability from Sunday at 10:45 pm through Friday at 7:00 am. Candidates must be at least 18, have basic math and instruction-following skills, document production information, maintain a clean work environment, and follow safety procedures. Advanced skills in blending, extruder operation, troubleshooting, mechanical ability, leadership, and safe forklift operation are sought.
