Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for its 3rd shift in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. The role rotates through equipment every two hours and involves starting production, operating and troubleshooting bulk palletizers and packaging machinery, sanitation, quality checks, and maintaining safety and efficiency. The position runs Monday through Friday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. and pays $23.50 per hour plus a shift differential, with manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow instructions required.
