Land O’Lakes is hiring a Production Operator for its 3rd-shift fresh-cheese production support role in Westerville, Vermont. The position assists with pasteurization and cheesemaking, handles raw materials, follows safety, GMP, quality, and sanitation procedures, reports non-conforming products or equipment, and communicates work progress. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with overtime as needed, and pays $23.00 plus a $2.00 shift differential, with a hiring bonus of $2,000 plus additional payments at 30, 60, and 120 days.
