Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator for its 3rd-shift cheese manufacturing operation in Websterville, Vermont. The role assists with pasteurization and cheesemaking, handles raw materials, follows safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP procedures, reports non-conforming products or equipment, and performs physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with pay starting at $21.25 plus a $2.00 shift differential and a tiered hiring bonus.
