Description
The Production Operator reports to the Manufacturing/Packaging Supervisor and is responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing and packaging equipment, organizing production to meet schedules, following SOPs and cGMP guidelines, documenting work, cleaning equipment and rooms, performing basic maintenance, and training new employees. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong mathematical and mechanical skills, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting at least 50 pounds, standing for eight hours, and climbing stairs. Experience in pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, or food production is desired but not required.
