Description
The Production Operator will formulate products in a manufacturing process environment by weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials, and will set up and control blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration processes. The role follows safety and SHE standards, maintains a clean work area, and operates the third shift Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. in Germantown, Wisconsin. A high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills are required; at least one year of production or food service experience is preferred. The position pays $24.00 per hour and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, shift differential, PTO, floating holidays, health and welfare benefits, and other rewards.
